This policy explains what happens to your information when you use ScaffoldingPriceCalculator.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). We built the calculator to be usable without handing over any personal details — you only need to provide contact information if you actively choose to.
When you use the calculator, your property type, height, shape, region, duration and permit selections are processed in your browser to generate an estimate. This information is not linked to you personally unless you submit the optional lead form.
If you tick "I would like to be contacted with quotes" and submit your details, we collect your name, email address and/or phone number, along with the estimate details, so that we can pass your enquiry to relevant scaffolding suppliers.
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
We do not sell your personal information. Where you've opted in to receive supplier quotes, we share only the details necessary for a supplier to contact you and price your job — typically your name, contact details and the estimate parameters.
We use essential cookies to keep the calculator working across steps, and may use analytics cookies to understand overall site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to being contacted by suppliers, at any time by emailing hello@scaffoldingpricecalculator.co.uk.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to fulfil the purpose they were collected for, typically no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
